Nutrition with Ben Bonnar

 

This week Ben Bonnar came into school to discuss nutrition with team Tui and Ruru. He talked about the most important meal of the day… BREAKFAST! We learnt how to read nutrition labels to discover how much sugar, fat or fibre an item has per 100g. We also became pros at figuring out if a breakfast food was an everyday item, a sometimes item or an occasional item.
